These terms apply to The AI Stock Club website at theaistockclub.com. By signing in or asking to join, you agree to them.

A private club

The club is invite-only. The club decides who becomes a member and can end a membership at any time. Keep what you see inside the club private, and don't share your sign-in.

Not investment advice

Everything on the site, including theses, picks, the Buy and Short Lists, the AI assistant's answers, scores and odds, is opinion and research shared among friends for discussion. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it isn't a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Prices and data may be delayed or wrong, and AI answers can be mistaken. Do your own research and make your own decisions. You are solely responsible for your investments, and you can lose money.

The AI assistant

The assistant is powered by Anthropic's Claude. It can make mistakes, so check anything important. Don't send it passwords, account numbers or other sensitive information.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you post, and you let the club store it and show it to members. Post only what you have the right to share. Don't post anything illegal, harass anyone, or try to break or misuse the site.

No warranty

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, the club and its organizers are not liable for any loss, including investment losses, arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
